Just in time for Memorial Day weekend BBQ's everywhere...our Food Blogger of the day, Ms. Megan has a brilliant recipe for "Balsamic Glazed Grilled Chicken" that she loved so much, she made it twice in a week! I think I'll take that recommend and run with it today for my boys. And if you are vegetarian like me, you could use this same sauce to marinate your vege-burgers, or vege-chicken...or gosh even your tofu if you like! Then grill away.
