Food Blogger of the day - Spinach & Strawberry Salad - So FRESH!

I am always grateful for fresh ingredients from the gardens in summer.  And when I found this Food Blogger, "Beantown Baker"'s recipe for Spinach and Strawberry salad...I knew it was coming to T.L.C.

For years I thought that green leaves of lettuce and the juicy berries had no reason to ever

co-mingle...but after meeting my Lemonade husband, the creative kitchen adventurer...I realized that I was horribly wrong! He shared a few salads like this one and I was absolutely hooked.  Strawberries, apples, raisins, cranberries, oranges...they all get tossed with green from time to time.  If you haven't tried something like this, I dare you!  You'll thank us later for it I can assure you!
